Who we help

Businesses that have the day-to-day covered, but not the platform.

Usually a small team, an owner or office manager who handles the computers, and Microsoft 365 that was set up once and left alone. These are the Peninsula businesses we see it suit best.

Somerville, Tyabb, Hastings

Trades, workshops and small industrial

The office runs quoting, invoicing and job management, and someone on the team keeps the computers going. What worries the owner is a hacked email account sending fake invoices to customers. We manage the accounts and email security so that does not happen quietly.

Mornington, Rosebud, Sorrento

Retail and hospitality

Staff come and go with the season, and each one needs an email account or access to shared files, then needs to lose it when they leave. We handle the starters and leavers so old staff do not keep access to the business.

Red Hill, Main Ridge, Merricks

Cellar doors, producers and accommodation

Bookings, orders and supplier emails all arrive in Microsoft 365. The business looks after its own computers across the property, and wants the email and accounts kept safe without paying for a helpdesk it would rarely use.

Mornington, Mt Eliza, Mt Martha

Small offices and professional practices

A bookkeeper, a small real estate office, a consultancy. Someone capable handles the computers, but nobody has checked the Microsoft 365 security settings in years, and client information sits in those mailboxes and files.

A fair question

Who it does not suit

If your staff need someone to call for everyday computer problems, or nobody in the business wants to look after the devices, a fully managed service will serve you better, and we will say so. We work with businesses only, never home users.
